CrossFit Classes are group training session designed to give you everything you need for a good workout, it doesn't matter if you are just starting your fitness journey as a beginner or already love a good workout.  A daily skill or strength element followed by a WOD (Workout of the Day).

TGS COMPETE

Wanting to compete? Our team training class is on a saturday at 11AM. This class is for those that are more experienced at CrossFit and want to become more efficient at technical movements.

CONDITIONING CLUB

Build your engine. Expect low to moderate weights and a sustained period of effort to help develop your cardio endurance. Low skill required - suitable for beginners.

STRONGCLUB 

Typical strongman movements using sandbags, yoke, farmers carry and more. This class will consist of a strength technique trainings followed by a strongman WOD. This class is suitable for beginners.

SWIMMING POOL & SPA

Use our spa facility available for drop ins or discounted to members. Located next to our showers and changing rooms make use of the heated swimming pool (only until end of September, then available as a cold water pool)  hot tub and sauna

KIDS & TEENS CLASS

Fitness Fun fr 6-12 year olds and CrossFit teens class. Catch our kids class with coach Beckie on a Saturday at 8.30am - 9.30am, and our Crossfit Teens clNo experience needed.

Need some extra focus or support in your training? Whether you want to improve your movement, dial in on a specific skill, or just get some personalised advice. Spending 1:1 time with a Coach can be invaluable

OVER 55S SESSION

Over 55s sessions are on Mondays & Wednesdays at 10.30am until 11.30am at £7.50 per session and consist of a workout specifically tailored for those that are older. This session also includes free use for the spa facility afterwards. 

TEENS CLASS

Brand new for January 2024 is out CrossFit teens

for 13-18 year olds. This class will be with Head Coach Marks and will consist of one sessions a week, available as pay as you go. 

Ages - 13-18 year olds 

Suitability - beginners - intermediate level 

Time - Tuesdays 4.15PM

Cost - £7.50 per session
