INVITATION TO VIEW OUR FACILITY AND TRIAL CLASS
Once one of our team has been in touch you will be invited down for a chat and a tour of our facility. At this time If we feel it's right for you we will book you in for a trial session.
ON RAMP PACKAGE
We encourage new members who have not done CrossFit before to complete our on-ramp course. This involves at least two 1 to 1 personal training sessions with one of our coaches. Over the course of these sessions our coaches will cover the mechanics and fundamental movements that are used in CrossFit and build consistency before finally adding intensity and volume. Our On Ramp package includes access to our fitness and spa facility along with our coaching sessions for a full 30 days. Following the completion of your 1 to 1 sessions we ask you to continue to complete a further 9 or 10 group training sessions in this period (3 sessions a week) for the remainder of your on ramp package.
