You always know when Jon is coaching, you will always hear him encouraging others before you see him. Jon has come from a bodybuilding background and in more recent years found a love for CrossFit. Jon has plenty of experience coaching clients and personal training. He enjoys helping people challenge themselves while feeling supported throughout their fitness journey.

JOE NELSON
Coach & Nutrition Lead
Joe joined the team in August and is now full-time as Assistant Manager & Nutrition Lead at The Goat Shed.
With a background in PT and endurance training, Joe brings energy and experience in coaching, nutrition, and member support. He holds his CrossFit Level 1 and Precision Nutrition qualifications,
HARRY
Strongman Coach
Harry brings energy and encouragement to every session he coaches. He enjoys helping members build confidence, improve their fitness and enjoy training in a supportive environment.

MATT JAMES
Owner
Matt has been in the industry for years and has been running CrossFit TGS since it was founded in 2017. Matt is a very talented coach and experienced CrossFitter. Although he does not coach as much as he used to he does still take classes.
