After your free consultation, our coach will go through options and find the best way to get you started. This can often be a fully scalable for beginners free trial session.

3. Build Confidence & Progress, See Results

We’ll help support you every step of the way all you have to do is keep showing up. 

You Do Not Need To Be Fit To Start

Most of our members started feeling nervous too. Everyone starts as a beginner and here at TGS our sessions are fully coached, scaled and adapted to your ability, with support from both our team and community. So it does not matter what level you are at.
