Am I fit enough?

You don’t need to get fit first—just show up! While CrossFit can sound intimidating, the truth is that most of our members are everyday people looking to improve their fitness and health. No prior fitness level or experience is required to start.
All our movements are universally scalable, meaning every workout is adapted to your current level and ability. In fact, almost everyone in our classes has movements tailored by our professional coaches to suit their individual needs. You’re never alone!

Question 2

Can I come with an injury?

Yes, you can still participate in CrossFit if you’re injured, as long as your doctor has given you the green light to exercise. Our professional coaches are highly experienced in adapting and modifying movements to ensure they’re safe and suitable for your specific situation.
Whether it’s adjusting the range of motion, scaling intensity, or substituting exercises, we’ll work with you to create a workout that keeps you active without compromising your recovery. Your safety and progress are our top priorities.

Question 3

Can I bring my dog?

Yes! We are a dog friendly site, including both our gym and cafe. We only ask that your dog remains on their lead and that you clear up after them.

Can I just drop in?

Accepted Answer

We do allow drop ins! We only ask that you fill in our drop in form prior to attending. You will then receive a code for our door and a link to book in. Please do not just show up as sometimes our desk is not manned.

Question 5

Can I bring my child?

Accepted Answer

Yes, members are welcome to bring their children to the gym. However, we kindly ask that you understand your children remain entirely your responsibility while on the premises. For their safety, children are not permitted to use the equipment and must stay in the designated safe sofa corner provided. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone!

Question 6

When can I use open gym?

Yes, we are proud to offer a dedicated, well-equipped open gym section that is available to members during all opening hours.
We kindly ask that the main gym floor not be used for any purpose during class times, including stretching, double unders or just finishing off your workout. You must leave the main floor  before a class begins to allow for a smooth and uninterrupted session.
