Our 6 week nutrition course is run by coach Joe, who has recently expanded his coaching education and is qualifying as a nutrition coach. This is a new service that is available at a discount as a bolt-on for members or open to non members.
The course includes:

✔ Weekly group webinar covering key nutrition topics, from the foundations of nutrition basics to the importance to how to structure your nutrition around your lifestyle.
✔ Open Q&A support. Message Joe your questions throughout the week and he’ll answer them every Friday
✔ Practical templates to support specific goals such as fat loss, muscle gain and performance
This is about building proper habits, understanding what you’re doing and why, and making nutrition work alongside your training.
